Deanne Meyer

Human Resources, Accounts Payable & Workers Comp Manager

Deanne was born in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, but moved to southern California where she started her career in management, overseeing several small businesses and working under the direction of Willis Herron, founder of the World’s Tallest Thermometer, in Baker, California. She served her community in Baker as an elected member of the BVUSD school board and was voted Citizen of the Year. She also acted as President of the Chamber of Commerce for several years.

In 2002, Deanne returned to Wisconsin, and put her 20+ years of experience in administration & management to work. Eventually she found her passion for Human Resources and Workers Compensation.

At Maple Ridge Care Center, Deanne is responsible for HR and Workers Comp as well as processing payroll, administering benefits, and working in accounts payable and employee relations. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). "I am very dedicated to the jobs I do at Maple Ridge and I genuinely care for all of our residents and employees," says Deanne.
